ICR prides itself on our knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have a full accounting department, an experienced property management team and one of the largest commercial sales forces in Saskatchewan.

ICR is Saskatchewan's largest commercial real estate brokerage, with 19 full-time commercial agents in the province, eight of which have been in the Real Estate Industry for over twenty years.

ICR maintains a full-time licensed Property Management staff of 12 full-time Property Managers, Operations Manager with legal background, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Controller, six accounting technicians, five support/administration, a graphic designer and marketing co-ordinator, a network administrator and two maintenance co-ordinators.

ICR employs personnel fluent in several European and Asian languages (both verbal and written) who are available to ICR's staff in order to accommodate the communication needs of many foreign speaking clients or Tenants.
