Our administration team is comprised of reception, legal assistance, graphic design, information technology, marketing and general office support professionals. 

With its diverse and impressive showcase of abilities the administration team is an essential and powerful force within ICR

Their primary goal is to lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and to ensure that the programs and services provided are progressive, represent best practices and are aligned with the vision, mission and values of the organization.

Mark Marshall

Mark Marshall

Manager, Information Technology

Mark joined ICR in 2005 as our Marketing Coordinator/IT Information Systems Professional. As the company grew Mark's skills in IT became obvious as did his value to the company.

Mark has led us through a myriad of changes and IT expansions, diligently keeping the company functioning at peak efficiency. One of Mark's major projects was to reinvent ICR's website in concert with the Marketing Coordinator.

With no regard for the clock, he has worked tirelessly to facilitate the growth of ICR's IT requirements for the ever expanding Property Management and Sales and Leasing divisions.

Aside from his capabilities in IT, he has a creative and unique approach to life and many at ICR have been the recipient of his off the wall humour.

Mark holds a diploma in Business and Computer Programming / Information Systems from SIAST.

Rae Hawkins

Property Management Assistant/Corporate Receptionist

Originally hired as our Downtown receptionist, Rae quickly moved to her current position as the Office Administrator of our North office branch. Exposed to business practices from an early age with a family background in agriculture industry, Rae  possesses fantastic customer service skills and a dedicated work ethic. These qualities along with her infectious smile and quirky wit, have allowed Rae to quickly advance her role with ICR

As a Licensed Laser Removal Specialist, we are all still fascinated and impressed that she knows how to handle a laser! Besides being the consummate multi-tasker Rae modestly speaks Japanese and is currently learning French. Le bon travail Rae !

J Dean Kulbida

Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Dean joined ICR in 2011 after making his way from Saskatoon to Regina and back working for various Advertising and Design Agencies before landing on the steps of ICR as the In-house Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator.

With more than 20 years experience in the industry and working for both private sector and government clients, he has acquired a high level of understanding the clients needs for effective communication and which marketing tools to provide them with a better bottom line.

Even though he has a love and an eye for great design and typography, he still likes to work with his hands, whether it is carpentry, auto mechanics or doing home renovations.

Dean is a big sports fan and enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching all the Oiler and Rider games he can. He is also up anytime for a good game of shinny.

Property Management Office Administrator

When Lisa was interviewed for her position in 2008, she conveyed an impressive list of her abilities - all true. She is truly a go-to person at ICR.

Keeping her department in perfect order, Lisa is technically savvy and has a flair for organization. Her experience has made her an expert in her work, and she’s helped with many projects at ICR including the creation of the Property Management Policies and Procedures manual, and standardizing administrative processes. She is also actively involved in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.

On top of her many talents we see at ICR, Lisa is also a great gardener, a top-notch cook, a Sims expert and speaks French.

Her infectious smile and vast array of helpful flash cards, keeps everyone entertained and grounded.

Natia Rostomashvili

Natia Rostomashvili

Residential Property Management Administrator

Natia joined ICR in 2008, and has assisted in the development of internal policies and procedures, as well as tenant communications. She is responsible for tenant orientations, rental deposits, collections, Rentalsman applications, and property manager support. Fluent in several European languages she is an asset in dealing with peoples of varying cultures.

With previous experience in interior design she has acted as a liaison between developers and architects, and advised on furniture and materials for renovation projects.

Everything she does has a high level of creativity. With a degree in Fine Arts specializing in drawing and printmaking she has a talent for figurative paintings and jewellery design.

Legal Secretary / Manager

Having been with ICR since 2004, Carla started at ICR's North Office working as Office Manager and later joining the Accounting Department in our Downtown Office.  Currently Carla is brokerage's Legal Secretary and Manager

Carla graduated from Saskatoon Business College with an Administrative Assistant Diploma, following many years in the retail and food service industries with a Professional Cooking Diploma and ten years of managerial experience.

In her free time her passions include cooking, baking and above all - spending time with her two children.

Mandy Ethier

 

Information & Processes Manager

 

Mandy joined ICR in 2012 and is our very own Information & Processes Manager. She is a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Development of Information Systems. who graduated with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mandy's previous job experience has provided her with a vast array of skills and experience including customer service, resolving client issues, processes, technical information, analyzing analytics to working with web developers, database troubleshooting, data entry and data retrieval. Mandy also has done volunteer work for the Osteoporosis Society of Canada (Saskatoon Chapter) as Treasurer and as the President for the U of S Debate Society.

Mandy keeps busy with never ending house renovations and in the process has learned to frame and drywall. In her spare time Mandy likes to read (that is an understatement, she reads everyday) and as well she enjoys live music, theatre and travelling.

Lynn joined ICR in 2010, and has been a great addition to our administrative team. Lynn has created and implemented many procedures that have improved ICR’s daily administrative processes.

She standardized our system for tracking important documents and clearly Lynn has become a company asset.

In addition to her work skills, she is also a talented gardener and cook. Lynn's idea of 'taking it easy' includes getting out for some fishing, hunting, sledding or quadding.

Tanya Lewis

Corporate Reception

Tanya is one of the many friendly faces you will find at ICR and is always quick to welcome all visitors to our office and make them feel right at home.  Tanya started working in administration about 25 years ago and has worked in the field of policing, financial planning and real estate law.  She holds a Bachelor of Secretarial Arts from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax. Yes, she’s a Maritimer.

Watching stars on a clear night and listening to birds even when they can’t be seen are two of Tanya’s favourite things.  In her spare time Tanya likes to spend time with some of her great friends, walk by the river, watch war movies, and enjoy a great cup of coffee.  Tanya’s has two grown children;  her son and his wife live in Fort McMurray, her daughter lives in Winnipeg.

Alvaro Campos

Market Analyst

Alvaro is a very welcome addition to the ICR team. As our Market Analyst he is responsible for gathering and compiling much of the information regarding  the leasing and selling to help the agents determine what the market trends are with the use of this statistical data.

Alvaro is a Economics Major with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan  He has previously worked in the financial sector as a financial advisor, putting his education to good use.
Alvaro has a strong passion for soccer, having played with the Guatemala National program and a member of the Norwegian Premier soccer Team, Lyn Oslo FC U19. Alvaro also does some volunteer coaching  with the Astra Soccer Academy and the Saskatoon Health Region.

In his spare time Alvaro likes to read classical literature, do a little acting and drama and even a bit
of movie editing.

Property Management Corporate Receptionist

As the receptionist, Janelle is the first-person contact for ICR’s Property Management office, having joined our team in late 2012.  She has experience as a corporate legal assistant for a law firm in Lloydminster and as a receptionist for a chiropractic centre in Saskatoon.

Janelle has a very friendly and vivacious personality, greeting everyone with a smile.  While we enjoy her sparkling charm, we also appreciate her dedication to accuracy, her ability to multi-task and her team-player mindset.  She keeps our reception area neat and organized, creating new and efficient ways to make our workplace better.

Janelle is an animal lover – she enjoys spending time with her two amazing dogs, Boo and Sam, and has volunteered at the SPCA.  She loves to unwind in the evening and on weekends while watching DVDs with her boyfriend or spending time with family. She also loves the joy of the holidays - if it was up to her, it would be Christmas all year round!

Commercial Property Management Administrator

Kristina joined ICR in July of 2012 as a Commercial Property Management Administrator. Her portfolio of skills, namely a result of previous experience as an office manager for 8 years, are tailor-made for her role with ICR.  Her knowledge of sales support, reception, administration and accounting and her flair for organization are a perfect fit.

Kristina is always on the quest for knowledge – she is currently taking evening classes working towards a Business Administration Certificate through the Edwards School of Business and also holds an Executive Administrative Assistant Diploma from the Saskatoon Business College.

Kristina is a world-class traveler, having been to the Caribbean, Hawaii, New York, California and most of Europe. (She’s visited the Eiffel Tower twice!) Kristina makes the most delicious cookies (and won an ICR contest to prove it!) and enjoys meeting with friends for coffee
