Craig has been with ICR since 1996. With degrees in Commerce and Law and over 20 years business experience, Craig’s influence within the company is far reaching. By utilizing his skills, knowledge and experience, he deals with complex matters easily, providing positive solutions that strengthen relationships.

Craig works with our Property Managers to ensure that our client’s properties are maintained in optimum condition, maximizing value, and that communication remains strong amongst owners, tenants and ICR.

A Partner ICR since 2002, Craig is responsible for Property Management Operations and Business Development. Craig is ICR’s Broker responsible for the administration ICR and is accountable to the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission for the activities of our Sales/Leasing Agents and Property Managers.

With a strong connection to the outdoors Craig is passionate about golfing, biking, hunting and his children's athletic activities. When the weather is right Craig enjoys traveling with family to warm southern locales.

Assistant Property Manager

Ashla has joined ICR after working as a building manager for some of the residential apartment buildings that ICR manages, and is now focusing on the fine art of Property Management. Ashla has acquired some rather special skills on her life path, as she has achieved a Police Science Diploma, has her Security Guard license and has courses in Confined Space Entry and self defense PPCT (defense tactics) including verbal judo.

Ashla is a huge sports fan and loves to watch sports when she can and is a big time Saskatchewan Rider Fan...............Go Riders! Ashla continues to practice her Martial Arts and currently holds a green belt in Judo, so no one messes with Ashla.

Shopping Centre Manager, Confederation Mall

Since 2008 Mary has been the Shopping Centre Manager of Confederation Mall.

Shopping Centre Management requires multiple skills and business experience. Mary has been active in real estate, property management, retail management, customer service, and has even owned and operated her own fashion retail business.

Having been active in the retail industry since 1985, she has developed strong talents. These include communication, financing, marketing and event planning, and process development – Mary enjoys taking on landscaping projects and even builds her own houses.

Residential Property Manager

Donna joined the ICR Commercial Real Estate Property Management team in October 2006.

She brings to ICR, a Para-legal background in Corporate and Real Estate Law dating back to 1982. Previously Donna worked for eight years with a real estate development company.

She has experience with residential and condominium properties ranging from acquisitions and mortgages to Bylaw development and Board orientation.

She has negotiated with developers and general contractors on large and small commercial and residential renovations. She is very familiar with building systems, maintenance issues and repairs.

Donna will assist you in ongoing and efficient management of your property and welcomes your calls and questions.

Residential Property Manager

Laurenne joined ICR as a brokerage office manager in 2005 and since then has gained experience in many areas of commercial and residential real estate. A Licensed Property Manager, Laurenne manages residential condominiums, apartments and stand alone rentals.

With a diploma in Administration she has experience in legal documentation, business administration and communications, social behavior and public speaking.

Along with Laurenne’s dynamic personality and great work ethic, she brings a cheerful attitude and a calming disposition, making her an asset with clients and staff.

Keith joined ICR Commercial Real Estate team in the fall of 2004, bringing a high level of energy to the property management division. He has over 15 years of experience in management, sales, promotion and marketing, in addition, a degree from the University of Saskatchewan in Commerce and Marketing.

Keith has a proven track record as a problem solver. With qualities of honesty, loyalty and enthusiasm as well as his interest and involvement in the community makes him a respected member of our team.

Partner/Commercial Property Manager

Sandi began her career in 1985 with the inception of Commercial Real Estate Consultants, joining ICR as a partner in 1994.

She brought with her an impressive portfolio of clients, who are still with us today. Her great depth of knowledge in the industry comes from more than 25 years of experience, and a passion in providing the highest level of service to owners and tenants alike.

Sandi is often called upon to take on difficult properties with complicated issues. She has successfully turned around several of these projects working collaboratively with our brokers and clients to maximize property potential. She specializes in multi-tenant retail strip centres and office buildings.

Sandi shares her spare time with her five grandchildren and has a passion for warm weather and golf.

Tatum joined ICR in 2005, bringing with her experience and training in sales and service management. Tatum holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta. Her previous experience affords her a wide range of skills, with exceptional organization, communication and analysis.

Tatum has a strong desire to exceed her clients expectations - and does. She is constantly working to upgrade her knowledge and skills.

She is rapidly advancing within the ICR organization and manages to keep a balanced life with a passion for her family and their active lifestyle.

Julie has maintained an active role in the real estate property management since 1980. Drawing on her experience and knowledge Julie has developed impeccable skills in property management and has built ongoing positive relationships with clients.

Maintenance Coordinator

Floyd joined ICR in 2010 after 15 years of hotel/motel management, hotel/motel maintenance, property management and caretaking. He has a great attitude and is accommodating to clients and ICR personel alike.

With his experience he’s seen and done it all when it comes to property maintenance and claims his best skill is keeping Property Managers out of hot water. Floyd is an integral part of ICR' Property Management Team.

Floyd is a Certified Engineering Technologist, is involved with CIMM and OCET, has both met and spoken with the Queen, and has had beers with Prince Phillip.

Commercial/Residential Property Manager

Skilled in many different areas, including method implementation, analysis, and procedure development, Larry provides a high level of service to his clients. Upon joining the ICR team in 1999, he commenced management of a large portfolio of residential condominiums and has proven to be remarkably adept at handling them all with efficiency and understanding. Larry also handles a variety of commercial projects for ICR.

With experience in business operation and entrepreneurial program development, Larry is a valuable resource for both the team and his clients. His steady and relaxed nature is appreciated by clients and coworkers alike.

Building Maintenance & After Hours Tenant Liaison

Darrell joined ICR in 1995, he is responsible for site maintenance and is our first point of contact for after hour emergencies. With over 30 years of building operations experience, he delivers detailed and dependable work for the company and is willing to take on any challenges presented to him.

An accomplished guitar player and vocalist, he continues to share his music with his church and community. Darrell has been to the Queen of England's Garden Party. An avid astronomer, to date he has discovered over 40 meteorites.

Commercial Property Manager

Al Tom, A. Sc.T.

A recent addition to ICR, Al brings with him 15 years of experience in Facilities and Operation management.  He was intimately involved with major building construction projects as well as preventative maintenance theory and strategies in his previous positions.  Al holds certificates in both Physical Asset Management from the University of Toronto and Business Administration from the U of S in addition to diplomas in both Mechanical Engineering Technology and Drafting Technology.

Using his combined education and experience, Al applies his knowledge to a portfolio of commercial properties.  His expertise in building operations and his ability to effectively provide solutions has proven to be indispensable in his short time with ICR.

Al has a passion for restoring vintage cars and is the proud owner of an “immaculate” 1968 Camaro. He says he always has a project on the go and has a never ending list of renovation on his home and cabin to prove it!

Director, Finance & Commercial Services

With a high level of energy and focus, Devin keeps our Corporate Services department in great order. Before joining ICR, Devin spent seven years as a corporate accountant for a major commercial real estate developer, working on multiple condo and commercial projects in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. In addition to accounting, Devin has also been intimately involved with the overall project management process from budgeting, reporting and dealing directly with trades to meeting with buyers, real estate agents, lawyers, and condo boards. Devin’s diverse experience and accounting expertise is helping to raise the bar for us to add value to our valued clients..

In addition to all this he is also a sessional lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan, a devout yoga student, hockey player and curler, and spends as much time as possible with his growing family.

Residential Property Manager

Laura began her career with ICR in June of 2012, having worked for the past 2 years as a Property Administrator for a national property management company with a commercial/retail portfolio throughout BC and the Yukon.  Laura’s previous experience includes working in various real estate and administration positions in Vancouver and Windsor.

Since starting with ICR, Laura has developed an excellent rapport with both her tenants and building owners, communicating information with ease in a professional manner.  She exhibits a positive outlook and has a sunny disposition – both of which shine in her approach to all situations.  Her organized and methodical approach allow for her to make sound decisions, ensuring fairness to the tenants while protecting the assets of our clients.

Laura loves the outdoors  and has a passion for outdoor and nature photography.   She’s an avid hiker and isn’t afraid of spending the night in a tent.  Most of all, she enjoys relaxing her husband (her high school sweetheart) whom she has known since the sixth grade.  Laura also has the very cool distinction of randomly meeting Wayne Gretzky while in downtown Vancouver during the 2010 Winter Olympics – don’t ask to see the picture because someone walked in front of the camera as it flashed!

Residential Property Manager

Dallas joined the ICR team as a Commercial Property Manager in 2012. Previously, he worked for 6 years in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster, dealing primarily with property damage to commercial buildings and business interruption claims for commercial tenants.  He also worked closely with insureds, brokers and contractors regarding claim settlements.

Dallas holds a Business Administration Certificate from SIAST and is currently in the process of obtaining his property management license.  He is an effective communicator and works diligently at whatever task or challenge that is at hand.  His analytical approach to issues results in well-rounded solutions, benefitting all parties involved.

To keep active, Dallas plays volleyball once a week and likes to golf.  He thoroughly enjoys being outdoors and used to participate in snowmobile racing around the province.  Not only will you be impressed by his stellar guitar skills (he owns 5 of them), but you’ll also love his dry and witty sense of humour.
