Maintenance Supervisor

Roy has recently joined ICR and brings 8 years of experience in property maintenance. He keeps a solid working
relationship with the numerous trades required to keep the properties under his care in top running order.
Roy looks forward to servicing existing and new clients both small and large.

In his spare time Roy and his wife Janet enjoy travelling to winter destinations, spending time at their summer cabin and with family.

Director, Commercial Management

David joined ICR in 1996 bringing more than 25 years experience in property management, building operations, marketing, tenant relations, leasing and building security.

He has a wealth of knowledge in the commercial real estate industry and has been entrusted with many of ICR' more complex management mandates involving institutional and established clients.

David is called upon to train and mentor new commercial property managers and shares his knowledge freely.

He and his wife Brenda enjoy travelling to southern locations and is often referred as The ICR Weatherman given his fascination with meteorology.

Sheila Harre

Property Management Administrator

 

Sheila started with ICR here in Regina in 2012, bringing over 20 years of knowledge and experience as an Administrative Assistant working in both the legal and insurance field and is a member of the Independent Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).

Along with her background in law and insurance Sheila has worked as an office manager, paralegal, clerk stenographer, CIPC radio operator and a technical assistant.

Sheila also has taken training in Standard First Aid & CPR, Integrated Electronic Information Systems, Real Estate & Estate Course, and Construction Safety Training & Generic WHIMS.

In her spare time Sheila enjoys counted cross stitch, reading and horseback riding.
She also seems to have a strong penchant for sweets, but hey don’t we all?
