Josh received his bachelor degree from the college of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Marketing. During his four years at the University of Saskatchewan Josh developed a keen interest in business, which brought him to the commercial real estate industry.

Josh enjoys spending time with his fiance, golfing with his friends and watching UFC fights in Vegas.

Since 1982, Ron has been involved in the real estate industry. As one of the founding partners of ICR Commercial Real Estate, he is instrumental in the company’s ongoing success and maintains strong long-term relationships clients both locally and nationally.

Ron's extensive experience in the real estate industry and also in construction, has made him a vital resource at ICR as well as a knowledgeable agent clients can trust and confide in.

His influence doesn’t stop there – Ron shares the important task of recruiting and training ICR agents, ensuring a high quality of service is maintained through all aspects of the company.

Although Ron has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate, his primary focus has been in retail development, sales and leasing. He was a driving force in the land assembly and development of River City Centre (Saskatoon) and Capitol City Centre (Regina).
