Walker became one of our Sales and Leasing agents in 2012 having developed a passion and gaining some knowledge from other members of his family who are actively involved in residential and commercial real estate and now looking to make his mark in the Commercial Real Estate field.

Walker received his formal education in Business Administration at Okanagan College and brings with him some valuable experience with his time as a Sales Manager for Visions Electronics.

He is involved with several charity organizations including World Vision and Plan Canada and has served as a volunteer firefighter.

Walker enjoys playing soccer and traveling, and has lived in Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna and Calgary.

Linely has 25 years of real estate experience.  He has worked with local, national and international clientele in many different aspects of real estate, including retail, office and industrial.  He has represented many Landlords in purchasing, leasing and selling of properties as well as developing or re-developing their properties to maximize their investment.  Linely is a member of ICI Canada and attends the ICSC convention regularly to keep up to date in the ever changing real estate industry.

Steve Jordan is one of our most recent additions to the company. Steve brings a wealth of experience,  knowledge and savvy to ICR. He just recently passed his 30 year anniversary as a licensed real estate agent. He has worked in all areas including residential, commercial, farms and property management.

He is a local Regina resident and has extensive knowledge of the city and a history of the buildings. He has also developed many long-term relationships with Regina clients and their families over the years.

Steve has a strong sense of integrity and dedication and takes great pride in providing uncompromising service to all his clients. Steve is another one who believes in giving back and in 2011 assisted the Regina Food Bank in forging
an agreement with SWEEP (Saskatchewan Waste Electronic Equipment Program), that will see the Food Bank as a collector of surplus electronic equipment for recycling. Steve has been asked to continue to assist as the Food Bank Recycling Co-ordinator.

Ken mainly resides in Saskatoon, but continues to be involved in the Regina Commercial Real Estate market on a regular basis.

Ken joined ICR in 2002. He holds degrees in Economics and Political Science. Ken also brought with him 12 years of experience in the sales and service industry.

Ken understands what it takes to succeed and is determined to see projects from beginning to end for his clients. He is constantly challenging himself to increase his proficiency in the industry, ensuring that he remains one of ICR's top agents.

Ken is always contributing to the ICR team whether it's for a charity function, business group or supporting his fellow agents. Ken can best be described as an individual who operates at high velocity.

Tusia's extensive experience in the sales and service industry has provided her with a truly professional approach to dealing with people. She focuses her attention on office and retail leasing and has also sold numerous investments during her career.

She is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Psychology. Her education, coupled with her joyful demeanor and strong-willed determination, allowing her to better understand clients and their needs.

Since joining in 2000, Tusia has compiled ICR' annual Retail Survey providing up-to-date knowledge of Saskatoon’s retail vacancies and market trends.

Beth started with ICR in 2011, having worked with a commercial development company prior to joining ICR. Beth has her BBA in Marketing from the Okanagan University College in Kelowna BC.

Having grown up in family that is actively involved in developing and redeveloping properties, it was an easy jump for Beth to get into the real estate game. Having gained valuable experience in the service sector along with her ability to pay keen attention to details has served her well with ICR.

Besides her love of travel and spending time with her family, Beth enjoys her house at Regina Beach, boating, snowboarding shopping and working out at the gym.

John recently joined our team as a commercial sales and leasing agent based in our Regina office, bringing an abundance of leadership, skills, knowledge and experience to the table. Along with his background in commercial, residential and farm real estate, John has previously worked as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and a Business Manager within small business.

John is highly adept at problem analysis and strategic development and, when combined with his abundant communication and interpersonal skills, he has found success in cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships within the business sector.

In addition, John is an accomplished computer programmer and systems integrator, having worked on computer network design, development, implementation and end-user support programs.

John has been involved with many community activities, including volunteering his time with the Saskatchewan Snowmobile Association, the Saskatchewan Karting Association, the Calgary Olympic Development Association and the Alberta Luge Association.

In his down time, John enjoys golfing and travelling.  He has a passion for motorsports and loves speeding down the track or highway on his motorcycle – but hey, with a Ducati, who can blame him?!
