ICR Property Management was originally formed in 1993 to maintain developments created and sold by ICR’s brokerage division. Today ICR Property Management continues to perform this role today and has diversified to manage a wide variety of properties and provides asset and facilities management to major corporations, financial institutions and condominium corporations.

ICR is dedicated to the corporate philosophy of continuous interaction between property manager and owners/tenants. ICR’s knowledge and experience adds a valuable extra dimension for decision-making and problem-solving.

On new projects, ICR provides best use analysis, feasibility studies, marketing studies, target market identification, and financial modeling. For owners of existing buildings, we provide consultation for disposition, leasing, financing, evaluations, operational problem-solving and management.
