ICR believes in the sacredness of space. Every individual, company, organization, province, community, people, and nation needs it own territory – a place to dream, create, and produce.
We’re committed to developing these spaces both literally and figuratively for our neighbours. Whether through direct financial support, or by channelling our considerable range of commercial property management services, we aim to be a force for positive change in Saskatchewan.
Land Acknowledgement
ICR Commercial Real Estate acknowledges that we are privileged to live and work primarily in Regina and Saskatoon, land which falls on the traditional territories ratified in both Treaty 4 and Treaty 6. These collective territories are the ancestral lands of over 35 First Nations and Métis communities, including the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, and Nakota Peoples. We acknowledge and respect both these thousands of years of history and the many individual and distinct cultures that continue to thrive alongside Canadians as neighbours today. ICR Charity Classic &
Women’s Classic
Every year, ICR hosts two separate charity golf events for both men and women. Established in 2003 to aid muscular dystrophy research, the Classics have gone on to raise over $1,000,000 in donations for a wide range of charities including:
- Help One, a Saskatoon-based organization empowering local youth to succeed both in and outside of school
- The Women’s Business Hub, who provide education, training, and support to help entrepreneurial immigrant women launch their own businesses
- Various other socially progressive initiatives designed to foster hope and ignite potential

Preserving Local Heritage
We’re proud to put our property construction expertise to good use maintaining and restoring several notable properties throughout Regina and Saskatoon, including the Campbell Wilson Millar building and the Avenue building. We believe that by keeping our history alive and present, we create a richer future for tomorrow’s generations.
