The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority. As we make every effort to support our customers, team members and the communities we serve we are now open to the public with the precautionary measures in place issued by our Public Health Authority.
We are proud of our team of employees, who have continued to remain focused, committed and resilient. We have implemented strict protocols in order to minimize exposure of the COVID-19 virus; restrictions with limited access within the office, amended cleaning protocols and have communicated the Public Health guidelines on personal hygiene to all our employees.
We encourage our customers to continue to use the convenient remote or online services (details below).
PAYMENTS: COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL TENANTS and/or CONDOMINIUM OWNERS
If you have been paying rent or condominium fees via Pre Authorized Debit, this method of payment will continue. If you are not set up we ask that you contact our office or access our website to set up Pre Authorized Debit.
All others we would ask you to make payment rental and condominium fee payments via credit card (call in to the office), or etransfer (firstname.lastname@example.org) please indicate in MEMO field: name, address applicable to and payment applies to. Contact our office should you required assistance.
Lastly, if you are unable to pay via eTransfer we will accept cheques and money orders deposited thru our 24 hr mail slot located adjacent to our main office (see posted instructions on the mail slot).
Given the uncertainty of the availability of banking services please take steps to make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible.
