To protect the health of our staff, OUR OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AS OF 5:00 PM FRIDAY, MARCH 20, FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. However, phone lines remain open during regular business hours.
In the case of an emergency you can still call our office in Saskatoon at 306-664-6118 or Regina at 306-721-6116, listen to the greeting and push the number for “emergency” and our after-hour callers will be routed thru to our on-call service provider. They will take your details to pass along to the Property Manager.
Our partners and staff will be accessible by email and over the phone. We will have onsite staff (at some locations) able to deal with the mail, receive couriers, or to receive clients that have made appointments.
Our Property Managers are working remotely and have full access to all of our information. We do not expect any impact on the services we provide.
PAYMENTS: COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL TENANTS and/or CONDOMINIUM OWNERS
If you have been paying rent or condominium fees via Pre Authorized Debit, this method of payment will continue. If you are not set up we ask that you contact our office or access our website to set up Pre Authorized Debit.
All others we would ask you to make payment rental and condominium fee payments via credit card (call in to the office), or etransfer (firstname.lastname@example.org) please indicate in MEMO field: name, address applicable to and payment applies to. Contact our office should you required assistance.
Lastly, if you are unable to pay via eTransfer we will accept cheques and money orders deposited thru our 24 hr mail slot located adjacent to our main office (see posted instructions on the mail slot).
Given the uncertainty of the availability of banking services please take steps to make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible.
