In response to the continuing public health risks of COVID-19, the Chief Medical Health Officer has amended the public health order currently in place, to take effect as of 12:01am on Friday September 17th, 2021. Mandatory use of non-medical masks are required to enter our location.

We have implemented protocols in order to minimize exposure of the COVID-19 virus; amended cleaning protocols and have communicated the Public Health guidelines on personal hygiene to all our employees

Please note that we are no longer accepting eTransfers after January 31, 2021. One Time Payments can be made via CONDOCafé or RENTCafé.
We continue to accept cheques and money orders deposited through our 24 hr mail slot located adjacent to our main office (see posted instructions on the mail slot).
Given the uncertainty of the availability of banking services please take steps to make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible.
