Cowman, Dan

Dan joined ICR in 2019 as a Commercial Property Manager, and currently serves as Manager, Commercial Property & Business Operations. He has been in the industry or supporting roles since 1990 starting off as a building operator and working his way up through various roles until he became a Property Manager in 2010. He has gathered an extensive amount of training along the way, including his fifth class Power Engineering, Refrigeration Operators, a BOMI Real Property Administrators designation, and a certificate in Project Management.

Dan has managed a wide range of properties, including, Shopping Centers, High and Low-rise Office buildings, halfway facilities, Heritage facilities, Light Industrial, Parking lots, and Strip (Power) Centers. Dan has served Federal Government, Private and Publicly traded landlords, with a commitment to serve these landlords to the best of his ability by treating the properties entrusted to him, as if they were his own.

Dan loves to spend time with his wife, kids, and 9 Grandchildren. When he is not busy with the kids, or multimedia duties at his church, his favorite place is out on the water in his canoe.

Fruson, Dustin

Dustin joined the ICR team in 2019 as a Commercial Property Manager. He brings a diversity of management and coordination experience gained as a business owner and operator and fundraising consultant in the private sector. Dustin possesses a strong working knowledge of both commercial and residential leasing and construction, and works effectively with building owners and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial and outstanding results. His approach to realizing success is person-centred, and he seeks to establish positive professional relationships through consistency, transparency and open communication. He can be counted on to remain confident and focused in complex and challenging situations.

Dustin is a graduate of the College of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan, where he was a student athlete for the Huskie Men’s basketball team. He continues to enjoy an array of physical activities including yoga, trekking, basketball, running, and weight training. Dustin is a long time world traveler and outdoor enthusiast, and values the exposure to perspective that both of these types of experiences bring.

Sherstobitoff, Scott B.ED

Scott joined the ICR team in the summer of 2019. He completed his Bachelor of Education with Distinction at the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 and worked as a teacher for four years before deciding to bring his organizational and interpersonal skills to the field of property management. As a condominium owner and board member himself, Scott understands how complex condo corporations can be and how important it is that they run efficiently. His strong work ethic, combined with his communication and time management skills, allow him to have a pragmatic approach to solving problems. This permits him to see the bigger picture, while still staying focused on the day-to-day issues that owners care about. Scott spends his free time playing and reffing hockey, spending time at his cabin at Jackfish Lake, and working with volunteer organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Shriners Hospitals for Children. He would describe the greatest accomplishments of his life as his marriage to his beautiful wife Carley in 2014 and the birth of his twin children in 2019.

Archer, Roxanne B.COMM

Joining ICR in 2019, Roxanne has a degree from the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan majoring in Human Resource Management. Her passion for people and construction has lead her through various management positions and more recently working in the construction industry with a large builder in Saskatoon and Regina. Roxanne is a clear communicator and solutions focused with an eye for detail. Roxanne loves sports and travel, spending her free time at the gym, playing slow pitch, golfing, at the dog park and planning her next adventure.

Booker, Jason

Jason enjoys all aspects of business and has nearly 25 years combined experience in the areas of management, operations, sales, and marketing. Todays customers demand more value than ever, and he enjoys the challenge of rising to customer expectations, understanding customer needs and striving for operational efficiencies. He thinks about what needs to be done, and how it can be done quickly without losing quality.  He is keen to work with property owners who value long-term relationships, and he prides himself on building mutual trust.
On a personal level, Jason likes to keep his life simple. Be happy. Be kind. Measure your life by all that you have, versus what you have not.
