Property Description

Meadowlark Estates is an acreage development with a total of 159 lots when completed, consisting of two- to nine-acre lots on one section of land. Meadowlark Estates features rolling hills that creates a picturesque view from anywhere in the development. It is located only 12 miles east of Saskatoon on Highway 5.

Meadowlark Estates has approval from the RM of Blucher to develop the first two quarters of land into 80 lots. These 80 lots have all been surveyed and staked. The first 40 lots making up Phase I have been developed and all 40 lots have been sold. In 2021, the services were installed for another 22 lots in Phase II of which 7 lots have already been sold. There are also 18 more lots left to develop in Phase II as needed. There are 33 homes that have been built and sold at Meadowlark Estates to date and two more homes in construction that will be finished by the end of 2022.
