In 2011, she graduated from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Management. Advocating for business development, Marla is involved in the North Saskatoon Business Association, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, the Promotion Club of Saskatoon, Saskatoon’s Women’s Network, and SREDA (Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority). She is a supporter of non-profit organizations such as Run for the Cure and Muscular Dystrophy Canada (Saskatoon branch). She enjoys outdoor activities–camping, golfing, soccer, and hiking. She is a Dallas Cowboys fan, as well as the NFL. Marla loves spending time with her partner and newborn daughter.
