ICR Property Management has a team of 21 Property Managers.  In addition, the PM team relies upon support from designated professional accountants (CA, CGA, CMA), in-house legal support, accounting technicians, administrative staff and maintenance personnel.

ICR Property Management was originally formed in 1993 to maintain properties, developed, leased and sold by ICR Brokerage. ICR Property Management continues to perform this role today and has diversified to provide asset and facilities management to large and small corporations, financial institutions and condominium corporations.

Consistent with our corporate philosophy, ICR Property Management is committed to continuous and meaningful interaction between the Property Manager, the Owner and their Tenants.  ICR Property Management’s collective industry knowledge, experience and expertise provides useful and relevant information to Owners and Tenants when making critical business decisions. 

From enclosed malls, office buildings and retail strip centres to flex industrial and commercial condominiums, ICR Property Management commercial services include: full-cycle financial accounting; lease administration and tenant communications; and attending to the maintenance and repair of physical property assets.  Owners are kept informed via full monthly reporting. 

Asset Management Services provided on new projects by ICR includes: best-use analysis; feasibility studies; marketing studies; target market identification; and, financial modelling. Asset Management Services provided on existing projects by ICR includes: valuing; upgrading; disposition; leasing; financing; evaluations; operational problem-solving; and, management.

Properly assembled, thorough and accurate information together with high-quality presentations ensure positive marketing impact and simplifies the lease/purchase process for landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.

In addition to dealing with the financial, maintenance and administrative aspects of the Condominium, our Property Management Team navigates and recommends required action to the Board on issues involving Condominium legislation, bylaws, policies and procedures.  A key component of our services includes regular and ongoing contact with Board’s of Directors and individual owners.

Our Team is closely involved with the Northern Saskatchewan Canadian Condominium Institute, Saskatchewan Justice and similar organizations and utilizes the resulting knowledge and experience to assist Condominiums, Boards and Owners in effective operation.  

Experienced with hi-rise, townhouse and walk up condominiums in both residential, commercial and mixed use formats ICR Property Management is cognizant of the long and short term preventative maintenance and repair requirements for Condominiums.
