Retirement Announcement
As of November 30, and after 28 years leading ICR Commercial Real Estate – Property Management, Craig Kuse (Managing Partner / VP of Residential Management) has decided to pass the torch. Craig has played an instrumental role in growing ICR’s Residential Property Management department from a small managed portfolio to now hundreds of properties and thousands of condominium and residential rental units.
It is with heavy hearts and sincere gratitude that we will bid Craig farewell, as he officially retired November 30, 2024. He is looking forward to doing more biking, golfing, tennis, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. Given his curious nature and genuine care for ICR’s staff and clients, we know that Craig will continue to be available to support ICR, even after retirement, to ensure the success of ICR as we continue to grow.
We are pleased to announce that Heather Williamson, will be assuming the role of Managing Partner / VP of Residential Management effective December 1, 2024. Heather has been with ICR for 11 years and directly involved in condominium property management for the last 8 years. She has been working directly alongside Craig, and the other Managing Partners, over the last year on strategic planning to ensure a smooth transition. We are looking forward to seeing Heather build and strengthen relationships and continue to help our clients prosper.
