With over six years of dedicated service at ICR, Roxanne has built a strong and versatile foundation in commercial property management.

Over the years, she has successfully managed a wide range of property types, including retail strip malls, office buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial condos, and industrial facilities. This diverse experience has allowed Roxanne to continually grow her expertise and adapt to the unique challenges of each asset class.

Known for her strong communication and organizational skills, Roxanne consistently fosters positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and ownership groups. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensure that properties under her care are well-maintained, efficiently operated, and aligned with the goals of all stakeholders.

Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, getting outdoors, golfing, and traveling to new places. These interests help bring a well-rounded perspective to both her personal and professional life.

Since joining ICR in 2013, Mike has proven himself as an invaluable team player with a focus on trust and goal-driven results. His expertise in construction costs and design outcomes has positioned him as a go-to professional for numerous commercial builders, establishing strong and lasting relationships in the industry.

In 2020, Mike reached a pivotal point in his career, becoming a partner at ICR. This promotion reflects his dedication and exceptional performance, allowing him to contribute to the company’s success.

Beyond the professional sphere, Mike takes great pride in his close relationship with his family and his love for dogs. Actively engaged in community service, he fosters with CC Rezqs, showcasing a commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.

An avid traveler, Mike’s adventurous spirit is evident in his pursuits, from hiking volcanoes to riding dirt bikes through Yosemite. This passion for exploration aligns with his dynamic approach to problem-solving. A skilled negotiator, he thrives on sealing deals with finesse, always seeking innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Mike’s forward-thinking mindset extends to his role as an idea person, continuously scouting for the next great site. His journey at ICR, marked by growth and accomplishment, reflects a commitment to excellence both professionally and personally.

Angie joined ICR in April 2017. As a Certified Professional Accountant, she has nearly two decades of accounting experience in the manufacturing and mining sectors. She provides leadership, commercial acumen, and project management to the ICR team. She is proud of having been selected to attend a 6-week leadership program at Oxford University in the UK in 2010. Earlier in her career, Angie volunteered with various organizations and/or served on boards. Now her time outside work is devoted to her two young children. She enjoys curling—both watching and playing. Angie and her husband have season tickets for the Roughriders. She enjoys travelling and recently visited Morocco, which she described as “memorable.” In summer, she enjoys gardening, camping and spending time on their acreage. In winter, Angie and her family seek warmer climes.

Tusia has been part of the ICR team since 2000. She is a Partner and acts as Branch Manager of the North Office in Saskatoon, as well as a senior sales associate. She is keenly aware of the importance of location in real estate. Integrity first is her motto, and she values strong long-term personal and professional relationships. She offers a unique perspective and is invested in her clients’ success. She is proud of the positive feedback and testimonials she has received and will not hesitate to walk away from a deal that doesn’t benefit her client. In her free time, Tusia enjoys cooking for friends and has a love for adventure and travel to distant places. Her need to explore has taken all over North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa is in her sights as her next destination.

Stacey joined the ICR Property Management team in 2018 and brings over 15 years of experience in residential property management. She began her career in 2008, working in both on-site and off-site roles across a wide range of rental property types, including high-end and affordable housing. Stacey holds her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC).

As a Residential Condominium Property Manager, Stacey applies her strong background in rental management to support condominium corporations through effective owner relations, property maintenance, and project coordination. Known for her calm, practical approach and strong problem-solving skills, she is a trusted resource for the Condominium Boards she serves.

Derek is dedicated to listening to clients and finding innovative solutions. Having worked throughout Saskatchewan and across Western Canada, Derek’s diverse background in sales and service has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge from various industries. He applies lessons learned from personal experiences to tackle current challenges. He has been an active member of the Regina Chamber of Commerce and other organizations over the years, demonstrating his commitment to serving both his clients and the local business community.

Derek firmly believes that serving the clients is not just a job, but a calling. He strives to make every interaction memorable, ensuring his clients receive the utmost care and attention. With his infectious enthusiasm and dedication, Derek is always willing to go the extra mile.

When he is not busy serving his clients, you can find him practicing his golf game, downhill skiing or participating in a variety of seasonal activities.

Joining ICR in 2022, Kennedy has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business, gaining invaluable experience in commercial real estate. With a Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, she is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and continuously developing her skills in the industry. Now a licensed Sales Associate & Executive Assistant, Kennedy is committed to learning and growing in her role. She is also a member of Saskatchewan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs, where she connects with like-minded individuals and continues to broaden her understanding of the business world. Outside of work, she enjoys a fitness-fueled lifestyle, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends, appreciating the balance these moments bring to her life.

Linda has a strong background in residential construction with 14 years as an independent contractor, home renovator and interior finishing. In 2018, Linda won the Service Person of the Year award from the Home Builder Association while employed as a lead service technician for an award-winning builder within Saskatoon. This experience has been a valuable asset to condominium corporations which may require significant attention to maintenance matters.
Linda’s goal is to work closely with boards to ensure fiscal responsibility and protection of unit owners’ investments. Her priority is consistent maintenance of the complex, day to day communications with her Boards and meaningful interaction with unit owners. Her past experience as acting Deputy Mayor of a local Saskatchewan community has proved valuable for Linda, ICR and her Boards.  When she is isn’t working, Linda enjoys baking, woodworking or spending quality time with family.

Todd began his life with ICR Commercial Real Estate in 2005, having sales and ownership experience in the construction industry. Todd has a natural enthusiasm for real estate and enjoys his involvement in all of its markets. His commitment to best servicing his client’s needs has helped develop strong and lasting relationships. Todd’s critical thinking skills, attention to detail and adherence to professional conduct are what set him apart. Todd has experience with Clients in all sectors of the market and now has a focus on industrial and office development, investment sales and Urban Reserve development with Muskeg Lake Cree Nation. Todd is a recipient of ICR’s Top Producer Award. The same passion Todd brings to work he brings to his personal life. He is very active in strength training sports and can regularly be found snowboarding in the back country. Todd is committed to his family, his friends and to his community.

Brian is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a wealth of experience across diverse sectors, including industrial, retail, office, and multi-tenant sale transactions. With a mature and strategic approach, Brian has consistently delivered outstanding results for clients, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate landscape. A true team player, Brian excels in collaborative environments and thrives on achieving collective success. Beyond the boardroom, Brian is passionate about contributing to his community with dedication and enthusiasm. Outside of the professional realm, he finds joy in sports, with a particular love for golf, where he balances competitive spirit with a genuine appreciation for the game.

Cody joined the ICR team in 2016 and comes with knowledge of building practices, as well as the fundamentals of design and construction. He thrives on challenges and embraces learning. Mentored by Ken Kreutzwieser, partner and senior sales associate, Cody is knowledgeable about investment sales, land acquisition, and project development. He gives 100% to ensure his clients are successful, believing that integrity and commitment are crucial. He is an accomplished athlete who remains physically active in the community. When not working, Cody likes to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoys fishing, golfing, hunting, and playing sports.

Lee joined ICR Property Management in March 2023, bringing with him a strong background in banking, customer service, and relationship management. Prior to joining ICR, Lee spent three years as the Manager of Customer Service with TD Canada Trust and 11 years as a Personal Banker with Affinity Credit Union, where he built a reputation for professionalism, trust, and exceptional client service. In addition to his extensive financial and customer service experience, Lee has served as a member of his condominium board for over a decade. This hands-on governance experience provides him with a practical understanding of condominium operations, board responsibilities, and the importance of balancing financial stewardship with the day-to-day needs of owners.

Lee is known for his customer-first mindset, collaborative approach, and willingness to tackle challenges head-on. His ability to identify practical, cost-effective solutions, while maintaining strong relationships, makes him a valuable asset to the ICR team and the condominium communities he supports.

Dan joined ICR in 2019 as a Commercial Property Manager. He has been in the industry or supporting roles since 1990 starting off as a building operator and working his way up through various roles until he became a Property Manager in 2010. He has gathered an extensive amount of training along the way, including his fifth class Power Engineering, Refrigeration Operators, a BOMI Real Property Administrators designation, and a certificate in Project Management.

Dan has managed a wide range of properties, including, Shopping Centers, High and Low-rise Office buildings, halfway facilities, Heritage facilities, Light Industrial, Parking lots, and Strip (Power) Centers. Dan has served Federal Government, Private and Publicly traded landlords, with a commitment to serve these landlords to the best of his ability by treating the properties entrusted to him, as if they were his own.

Dan loves to spend time with his wife, kids, and 9 Grandchildren. When he is not busy with the kids, or multimedia duties at his church, his favorite place is out on the water in his canoe.

Stacy has been a dedicated ICR professional since 1999, with two of his proudest achievements being the purchase of the company from his mentors and obtaining his broker’s license. With over 25 years of experience and more than 1,500 transactions to his name, he is driven, detail-oriented, and innovative. Beyond his long hours of hard work, Stacy applies his extensive expertise to overseeing the company’s operations and facilitating landlord-client mediations on a daily basis. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife and children, traveling, and unwinding at the lake.

Jayson began working for ICR doing lawn maintenance and putting up Real Estate signs. His passion grew for the business watching the sales team and acquiring his license in 1997. He brings a solid understanding of all aspects of the market.  His integrity and dedication bring his new and long time clients comfort knowing they will get looked after from the first deal to the last deal.
Jayson has been involved with several spec developments over the years covering the fields from industrial, investment, land acquisitions, retail and everything in between.
Woodworking, fishing and outdoor activities with his wife keep Jayson busy when away from the office.

Jerusalem brings a strong technical foundation to ICR Commercial Real Estate as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) with a background in architectural technology. Prior to joining ICR, she managed public-sector facilities operations, where she developed extensive experience in building systems, space management, and project delivery.

Jerusalem is committed to maintaining high operational standards while building strong, positive relationships with tenants and owners through proactive, organized management.

Outside of work, Jerusalem enjoys travelling and exploring new places, but her favourite way to unwind is at home with her two cats.

Joining ICR in 2016, Tara is our Senior Residential Property manager with a wealth of industry experience. She owned and managed revenue properties, including residential and multi-unit dwellings. She was also the owner/operator of a local franchise restaurant and a founding member of the Franchisee Advisory Council. Tara focuses on building productive relationships with clients and managing condominium corporations’ assets ensuring proper maintenance while adhering to the Property Act. She counts her most important achievements as having “3 great kids and a career I love.” Tara is involved with a number of non-profit groups, and much of her time is spent watching children’s sports activities.

Dylan brings over 13 years of construction industry experience to ICR. He began his career at a prominent construction firm, where he advanced from Project Coordinator to Senior Project Coordinator, working on significant mine expansion projects across Saskatchewan in the Potash, Coal, and Uranium sectors. After six years, Dylan moved to a major educational institution, serving as Project & Maintenance Scheduler and overseeing key campus transitions. Most recently, he spent the last three years as a Project Manager at a property development and management company, where he led design-build tenant renovations and managed several developments, including commercial building envelopes and multi-story apartment complexes in Saskatoon and Regina.

With over 26 years of experience in the rental market, Chanda joined the ICR team in 2017, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and dedication to her role. She earned her Human Resources diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2009, followed by the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

From 2000 to 2018, Chanda was an active member of the Saskatchewan Rental Housing Association, where she was passionate about advocating for landlords and navigating legislative changes. Her extensive experience has made her an adept problem solver, committed to finding the best outcomes for both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Chanda enjoys spending time with friends, pursuing her hobbies, and caring for her many pets.

Micheal Genest, CMCP®, brings over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate and property management industry. He joined ICR in July 2024 with a strong background in managing diverse real estate portfolios and continues to provide knowledgeable, detail-oriented service to clients and stakeholders. Throughout his career, Micheal has managed a broad range of asset classes, including commercial properties (office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use), multi-family residential, and condominium corporations. Known for his organized and collaborative approach, he values clear communication, accountability, and building strong working relationships with tenants, boards, contractors, and ownership groups. This experience allows him to effectively navigate the operational, financial, and governance needs of each property type while maintaining a strong focus on long-term performance and risk management.

Micheal holds a real estate license in the Province of Saskatchewan and is currently enrolled and working toward his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). In addition to his role at ICR, Micheal is an appointed member of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) and is currently serving his second term (2026–2029). He is the Chair of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee and also sits on the Hearing Committee and Education Committee.

Outside of work, Micheal enjoys playing tennis and curling, volunteering with animal rescue organizations, and spending time with family and friends.

Laura joined ICR in August 2024, bringing with her over a decade of experience in Business Management. Throughout her career, she has built a diverse and well-rounded background across multiple industries, including Automotive, Library Sciences, Hospitality, Health and Wellness, and International Trade. This broad experience has equipped her with a unique perspective and an adaptable skill set that she now applies to the dynamic world of commercial property management.

Known for her strong communication, customer service excellence, and results-driven approach, Laura focuses on delivering practical, knowledge-based solutions that build trust and long-term relationships with clients and tenants alike. Her broad experience in management, marketing, vendor relations, and financial oversight enables her to skillfully balance the operational and strategic demands of her portfolio, ensuring each property performs at its best.

Laura takes pride in fostering collaboration and efficiency, and she’s passionate about creating spaces where both businesses and people can succeed.

Jeff joined ICR in 2025, bringing a strong foundation in building practices along with expertise in design and construction. His background gives him a unique perspective in commercial real estate, particularly in investment sales, land acquisition, and project development.

With experience as a certified NHLPA hockey agent, Jeff developed advanced negotiation skills and a client-first approach that now guide his work in real estate. He is committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients with integrity and dedication.

An accomplished athlete, Jeff played hockey for the University of Saskatchewan before pursuing a professional career, eventually making Saskatoon his home. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, especially when fishing, golfing, or hunting.

Reed previously joined the ICR team in the summer of 2020 as Ken Kreutzwieser’s executive assistant, and has since joined the team full time as a fellow Sales Associate. He brings with him the many strong relationships he built within Saskatoon’s business community as Member Services Coordinator for the North Saskatoon Business Association (NSBA). His competitive nature and vigorous work ethic took him to school in Ohio, where he won a scholarship to complete his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Lake Erie College. When not working, Reed likes to stay active in sports and spend time with friends and family.

Joining ICR in 2014, Amanda has over a decade of experience in property management, marketing, administration, and sales. Having lived in western Canada, she has a broad perspective regarding commercial property. She worked as a residential property manager at Fort St. John, British Columbia, and then in Calgary, in suburban sales and leasing. Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the ICR team and her clients. When she isn’t working, she is physically moving. She is passionate about sports and plays golf, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse. She loves to curl, and is proud of winning a Gold Medal in curling at the 2001 Winter Games.

After finishing a degree in history at the University of Saskatchewan and traveling abroad, Brad joined the ICR team in 2013. He has extensive previous experience in both retail and customer service. He has worked with all types of clients; from business owners with minimal real estate experience to long established investors, developers, and landlords. Brad has been a part of many substantial leasing deals for both local and national tenants, which have brought great value to his clients. He has also acted as both sellers and buyers agent on many large investment and owner-user transactions and has also been a part of ground-up developments from the purchasing of raw land to the subsequent leasing. He has previously played baseball at all levels, attending multiple national competitions. He loves to travel and is an avid golfer. He is a member of the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon and has served as Chair of the 2016 Kinsmen Car Awards, 2016-17 Executive Director, and currently serves as the 2021-22 Vice President, and the chair of the 2023 Kinsmen Home Lottery.

Eugene started his career at ICR in 1994 and is the living embodiment of the ICR value of constantly finding ways to help colleagues and clients be successful. He has assembled several large commercial land development projects in Saskatchewan, and although he loves to travel, he believes that there is no better place to live or run a business than right here. As a former Canadian curling champion and the holder of a world curling title, Eugene has been inducted into the Saskatoon and Saskatchewan Sports Halls of Fame. He brings all the determination and skill required to be a national and world-sporting champion to his work at ICR.

Devin has strengthened the property management and accounting systems at ICR and established a strong foundation that continues to promote profitability, professionalism, and growth. He successfully engages with clients on complex business and accounting issues and brings this strength to growing ICR’s commercial property management portfolio, as well as building a strong team of property managers. From tenant and rent collection issues to lease administration and financial management, Devin keeps his finger on the pulse of client needs. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family, practising yoga, and escaping to a remote northern fishing camp at least once a year.

Tatum joined the ICR property management team in 2006 as a residential property manager. Starting her career managing condominiums and apartments, Tatum has since moved on to commercial management where her portfolio consists of managing office buildings, retail and commercial shopping centers. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta, Tatum is a keen critical thinker and an adept communicator. She is also known as a good listener and an effective problem solver. Tatum believes that ICR takes the guesswork out of owning commercial real estate by ensuring her client’s properties are well taken care of. As a property manager, Tatum’s day-to-day consists of dealing with property finances, administration of leases, managing property maintenance, handling tenant questions and concerns and working with property owners to plan and achieve both short and long-term goals for their investments.

With a strong background in both condominium management and residential real estate, Ron brings a well-rounded and practical approach to property management. Having worked as both a Condominium Property Manager and a Residential Realtor, he understands the industry from multiple perspectives and recognizes the importance of balancing operational efficiency with exceptional client service.

Before entering the real estate and property management industry, Ron built a strong foundation in occupational health and safety, construction, and project coordination. He served as an OH&S Coordinator for both the Cargill plant and Double Diamond Industrial Structures, where he gained valuable experience overseeing safety programs, managing projects, and working within complex operational environments. This background has provided him with a strong understanding of building systems, construction processes, risk management, and preventative maintenance practices.

Ron’s diverse experience, strong work ethic, and hands-on industry knowledge make him a valuable addition to the team. His ability to combine operational expertise with practical problem-solving allows him to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and effectively.

Twila joined the ICR team in 2020 as a Commercial Property Administrator. Twila holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and came to ICR from the engineering consulting world. With her knowledge and experience, it was a natural and quick transition of roles into a Commercial Property Manager. Twila’s attention to detail and analytical decisiveness are apparent in her work. Problem solving and multi-tasking are skills Twila has acquired from her professional life but also a long line of volunteer roles. She served on the Martensville Minor Hockey board for 11 years and many of those as ice scheduler. Twila enjoys helping others and the community. She looks forward to serving her clients and anticipating issues before they arise. Twila takes pride in her three boys, loves being a hockey mom and spending time with her family travelling, camping, and golfing.

John joined ICR in 2007, later moving from the general downtown office to the north industrial office where he specializes in the industrial market, from surveys and training to working on large industrial developments. John brings all the drive and endurance associated with a professional sporting career to his work at ICR, and exercises his leadership skills and determination to get the best deals for his clients. Too competitive to really play sport for relaxation, John prefers to spend downtime at the lake.

David joined ICR in 2010 to work in commercial real estate. With previous experience in real estate investment, he has been involved in both sides of the trade. Such a unique perspective benefits his clients. He works primarily in retail, office, and industrial sales & leasing, multi-family, land, and investment sales. David is keen to help clients find the perfect location for their businesses, the best land to develop, or the best property to purchase. A Saskatoon native, David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan. Having worked as a software developer, he applies current technology to the business of commercial real estate. He is fluent in both French and German. David loves to travel and practice martial arts.

Originally from Ukraine, Lana Kharsika brings a strong educational and professional background to the property management industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and spent several years working in management roles within the finance and economics sector before relocating to Canada. Her experience in financial operations, organization, and client service provided a strong foundation that continues to support her success in property management today.

After arriving in Canada, Lana began her career in the real estate industry as an Accounts Payable Clerk with Pacific Quorum Properties in Kelowna. Through her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for the industry, she quickly advanced by completing her real estate courses and becoming a licensed Property Manager with the company. Prior to relocating to Saskatoon, she successfully managed a large condominium portfolio, gaining extensive experience in condominium operations, board relations, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and client communication.

Today, Lana is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and experienced Commercial Property Manager with more than 10 years of experience in facility and infrastructure operations. She oversees the day-to-day performance of commercial properties, including building systems, contractor coordination, tenant relations, and operational planning, ensuring properties remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Known for her organized, responsive, and client-focused approach, Lana combines her financial expertise, condominium and commercial property management experience, and strong operational knowledge to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards.

Ken brings unique qualifications to his role at ICR. As a SIOR (Society of Industrial and office Realtors) honours graduate, he is a full-service problem solver, offering everything from banking assistance to contractual know-how. He is consistently one of ICR’s top-producing agents and enjoys nothing better than helping clients to meet their real estate requirements and maximize profits. Ken is actively involved in volunteer organizations and business associations in the community and is a member of the Canadian Progress Club and the North Saskatoon Business Associating. He enjoys spending time with his family, snowmobiling, and playing hockey in the winter. In the summer, he golfs, barefoot water skis, and likes to spend time at the cabin.

Dawson is a highly motivated individual who enjoys building meaningful working relationships with his clients. Graduating from the University of Regina in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Dawson sought out a sales & leasing role with the Regina ICR office shortly thereafter.

In January of 2026, Dawson relocated to the Saskatoon Downtown office, where he will focus on the Northern Saskatchewan market and, primarily, his hometown, Prince Albert. Away from the office, you can find Dawson playing hockey or golf and maximizing his time spent with close friends and family.

Kelly joined ICR back in 2008 and has grown her career alongside the team ever since. She loves helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their real estate decisions, no matter how big or small. With a background in teaching and journalism, she has a knack for breaking things down clearly and making the process less intimidating. She also helps keep things running smoothly as business manager for Stuart Commercial Inc. She values her long-standing partnership with Barry Stuart, built on teamwork and shared experience. Around the office, Kelly is known for her eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for clients and colleagues alike.

Chris joined the ICR Property Management Team in October 2015. With an extensive background in sales and retail management, he brings a sharp mind for problem-solving, clear communication, and a calm, practical approach to challenges. Known for his strong attention to detail, Chris believes in addressing issues proactively — solving problems early to prevent them from becoming bigger ones down the road.

Recently, Chris earned his ProFM designation in Facility Management, a global credential that validates advanced knowledge and expertise in the field. The ProFM designation requires a minimum of two years of professional experience and rigorous testing across 19 functional knowledge areas and 5 cross-functional competencies — a true reflection of Chris’s commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, hunting, or fishing in nature’s beauty. While he’s proud of his many professional accomplishments, Chris considers his greatest achievement to be his family and loves watching his six children grow and develop into their own unique personalities.

Joining the team in 2021, Chris comes to us with a comprehensive understanding of project and staff management, coupled with 20+ years of construction experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter. His extensive knowledge in the industry, along with his eye for detail, and safety training records are an asset for our successful construction and maintenance department. Innovation, time management, and positive results keep Chris at the top of his game. He is also a proud husband and father of three. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family, and anything involving the outdoors – camping, boating, fishing, and hunting.

Rick joined ICR in 2023 as a Commercial Property Manager. He comes with decades of experience in the industry. His most recent role, he managed over 541,000 square feet of space. Corey joined ICR in 2008 and brings knowledge, enthusiasm, and energy to the team and his clients. With years in the service industry and extensive world travel, he has learned how to communicate effectively, assess situations, and overcome challenges. He works diligently and consistently to achieve results for his clients. He values strong working relationships that last. Working out of the north office in Saskatoon, he has completed numerous retail, office, and warehouse transactions. He played an instrumental role in the development of a major shopping centre. Corey graduated with a Bachelor of Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Regina. He is an avid scuba diver currently working on his dive master certification. He is a world traveller who continually seeks new places to explore.

Lana brings a diverse and well-rounded background in property management, operations, finance, and customer service. With experience spanning commercial property management, retail operations, and post-secondary education, she offers a unique combination of leadership, analytical expertise, and strong relationship management skills that make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Prior to joining ICR, Lana worked in BC as a Property Manager for a mixed-use commercial property, where she was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including the physical maintenance and upkeep of the building, tenant relations, lease administration and enforcement, contractor coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency across the site. She also managed the complete monthly and annual accounting cycle, providing her with extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and property accounting processes. Her ability to balance operational oversight with strong tenant communication allowed her to maintain positive relationships while ensuring the property operated effectively and efficiently. In addition to her property management experience, Lana previously served as General Manager for Bath Depot, where she oversaw operations across multiple markets including Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, and Edmonton. In this leadership role, she was responsible for managing teams, driving operational performance, overseeing customer service standards, and ensuring overall business success across several locations. This experience further strengthened her leadership abilities, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Adding to her diverse professional background, Lana also served as an Assistant Professor within the Faculty of Business and Economics in Iran. Through this role, she developed strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills while helping educate and mentor students in business and economic principles.

Lana’s broad range of experience, combined with her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong client-focused approach, allows her to bring valuable insight and expertise to every aspect of property management and operations.

In 2023, Shaina seamlessly integrated into the ICR team, bringing with her a wealth of expertise gathered through over 8 years of service in the property management sector. With a degree from the Edwards School of Business, where she majored in Management, Shaina is able to focus on the big picture and be responsive to property needs.  What sets Shaina apart is not just her wealth of experience, but her eagerness to continue learning and growing within her role.

Shaina’s journey started as a property management accountant and progressed into the role of a property manager. This unique career path affords her a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial property management and a full understanding of what is required to oversee a portfolio of properties for both physical and financial needs.

Shaina’s ability to communicate effectively with owners and tenants will make her an invaluable asset to the ICR team and to our clients.

Logan brings a strong combination of property management, customer service, and insurance industry experience to ICR.

Prior to joining the team, he spent two years with Boardwalk Rental Communities as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and day-to-day building management. This experience provided him with a solid understanding of the property management industry and the importance of delivering exceptional service to residents and clients alike. Following his time in property management, Logan joined Wawanesa Insurance as a Property Claims Adjuster, where he spent five years managing and assessing property claims. Through this role, he developed extensive knowledge in property damage assessment, problem-solving, risk evaluation, and client communication while working closely with property owners, contractors, and stakeholders during challenging situations.

Logan’s diverse industry experience, calm demeanor, and customer-focused approach make him a valuable addition to the ICR team. Known for being personable, approachable, and solutions-oriented, he is committed to building strong relationships and providing a high level of service to clients and tenants alike

Katelynn Rusnak brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to property management, having truly learned the business from the ground up. Beginning her career as a Groundskeeper, Katelynn gained firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations and maintenance required to keep properties running smoothly and looking their best. From there, she advanced into a Site Inspector role, further developing her knowledge of property standards, inspections, tenant relations, and operational oversight. Today, as a Property Manager, she brings a deep understanding of the industry that has been built through years of hands-on experience across multiple levels of property operations.

Katelynn is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues alike. Always willing to step in and help wherever needed, her approachable and team-focused nature makes her a valuable addition to the ICR team.

Melissa joined ICR in January 2021, bringing with her a strong background in event management and customer service. Her passion for working with people and ability to build meaningful relationships has allowed her to develop strong partnerships with both property owners and tenants, creating positive and collaborative environments across the properties she manages.

Since joining ICR, Melissa has become licensed with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission as a Property Manager and obtained her Accounting Diploma through Sask Polytechnic. Her analytical mindset, combined with her practical experience in property management, allows her to approach challenges strategically, identify efficiencies, control costs, and uncover opportunities that add value for owners while supporting the needs of tenants.

Melissa believes that hard work, continuous learning, and strong relationships are the foundation of success. Having grown up in Saskatchewan, she enjoys spending her free time kayaking, camping, and exploring the province with her family, friends, and her dog.

Amy Schneider is joining the team as our newest commercial property manager.

Amy is bringing 14+ years of experience as a facilities manager where she oversaw and led the operations team for locations across Saskatchewan.  Amy loves people, solving problems and creating efficiencies when she can.  She has a keen eye for the details, and if there are costs savings to be had, she is going to find them. Amy strives to ensure that her clients and tenants are always satisfied and will go above and beyond to make it so.

Ryan brings comprehensive experience across all commercial real estate asset classes, with a specialized focus on Investment Sales advisory. He is committed to a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that address their unique challenges and goals. Ryan’s client first mindset and dedication to building strong relationships have earned him multiple ICR Quarterly Top Producer awards for non-partners.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys skeet shooting, hiking, and all things fitness related. He spends his downtime in Victoria and Atton’s Lake, always prioritizing quality time with family.

Joining ICR in 2012, Marla quickly became a deal maker. She has been in the top 5 of deals completed in the last 4 years and has been number 1 in deal making in the last 2 years. Mentored by Ken Kreutzwieser, senior ICR agent and partner, she was a quick study in learning about real estate. She provides her clients with detailed information to make informed business decisions. If you are keen to grow your business, Marla is keen to support your success. Whether a company is leasing, purchasing, or selling its 1st or 100th commercial space, she provides the same level of service and expertise. In 2011, she graduated from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Management. Advocating for business development, Marla is involved in the North Saskatoon Business Association, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, the Promotion Club of Saskatoon, Saskatoon’s Women’s Network, and SREDA (Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority). She is a supporter of non-profit organizations such as Run for the Cure and Muscular Dystrophy Canada (Saskatoon branch). She enjoys outdoor activities–camping, golfing, soccer, and hiking. She is a Dallas Cowboys fan, as well as the NFL. Marla loves spending time with her partner and newborn daughter.

Savannah joined the ICR team in March 2016 and since then has continued to expand her role and contributions to ICR. As a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), she oversees the commercial property accounting for the property management side of ICR and leads our growing team of accounting professionals. Her goal is always creating more value for clients by looking for efficiencies and areas for improvement as well as transparent reporting. She was instrumental with the creation of new templates to help streamline the reporting process on an internal basis and regularly works alongside Property Managers to assist in clarifying and communicating accounting information to our valued clients.  Savannah’s contagious smile and laughter along with her dedication to excellence makes her a joy to work with and a valued member of the ICR team.  Savannah and her husband spend their free time running after their two kids.  They enjoy bike rides, the zoo, and playing, playing, and more playing.

Having worked around the world, Allison joined the ICR team as a Commercial Property Manager in the spring of 2018. She brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience working in business development, marketing, sales, and operations for the past 20+ years. Building relationships and teamwork come naturally for her, making her an asset to both ICR and her clients. She is a skillful communicator with the ability to recognize and accommodate widely differing points of view and perform under pressure in an ever-changing environment. Allison’s clients are extremely well served by her ability to adapt quickly, anticipate problems, and see the big picture. She works diligently to address issues before they negatively impact her clients. A quick study and a stickler for details, she values building long term relationships.
As a property manager, Allison’s day-to-day consists of dealing with property finances, administration of leases, managing property maintenance, handling tenant questions and concerns and working with property owners to plan and achieve both short and long-term goals for their investments.
On Allison’s down time, she enjoys golfing, tennis, running and travelling.

Zak holds a business degree with a major in Finance from the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan. He is a dedicated team player, committed to helping clients maximize their returns, whether they are landlords or tenants. Zak excels at providing clear layouts for available spaces and streamlining the decision-making process for his clients. A gifted athlete, he tried out with the Dallas Stars and continues to enjoy playing hockey in the winter and golf in the summer. Zak is proud of his marriage and three children. His extended travels to Japan and Thailand have sparked a keen interest in Japanese design. In recognition of his hard work, Zak was named the Top Producer Non-Partner in 2022 and earned the title of Top Quarterly Non-Partner Producer in Q4 2022, Q4 2023, and Q2 2024.

He has spent decades in commercial real estate as a broker, owner, and business partner. Over the years, he has negotiated complex deals and invested in businesses, yet what truly drives him is creating spaces and opportunities that reflect the values of stewardship, vision, and long-term impact.

His leadership is grounded in loyalty, honesty, and a commitment to continuous learning. He brings deep operational experience paired with a future-focused mindset, always balancing structure with possibility and business performance with human connection.

Beyond the boardroom, Barry is a husband, father, and proud grandfather. He is also a skier, cyclist, and mountain soul, drawn to Fernie, BC—a place where lifestyle and legacy intersect. He believes outstanding leadership encompasses all dimensions: integrated, professional, personal and physical. He brings these dimensions into how he presents himself, serves others, and shapes what’s next.

Evan brings a wealth of knowledge to the ICR team in the commercial construction and development industry as well as the agricultural sector. Through professionalism and integrity, Evan is keen on building long-term relationships and facilitating the success of his clients. With his hard working nature and interpersonal skills he will work hard to make sure his clients are well taken care of from start to finish. In his free time Evan enjoys playing golf, watching sports as well as fishing and spending time in the outdoors with friends and family.

Josh always goes the extra mile for clients and believes in building long-term relationships, rather than simply overseeing one-off transactions. He joined ICR in 2004, and was made a partner by the young age of 34, which is a significant achievement. He finds time to educate and inform clients, so that they can make the best decisions in each deal. Josh also works hard within the ICR family, building stronger teams and sitting on the committee that plans the ICR yearly company trip aimed at building a strongly bonded and cohesive team. When he’s not working or planning the ICR Charity Classic, Josh enjoys time with his family and hockey.

Danielle joined ICR in late 2020 as our Manager of Human Resources & Administration.  With 13+ years of HR experience, she has a breadth of knowledge regarding employee engagement, change management, payroll and benefits administration, and process creation.  Working for non-profit organizations in both Alberta and Saskatchewan, Danielle has had to rely on her creativity to find solutions and solve challenges.  She excels at collaborating and bringing everyone together to reach goals and succeed.  In her spare time, she spends time with her two children, refurbishes furniture, and enjoys relaxing at the family cabin in Waskesiu.

Heather joined ICR in 2013 and has learned the business, in part, by working in different areas of the company—property management, corporate, office administration, and project management. Now as Managing Partner / VP of Residential Management, she works to improve processes and efficiencies, which help the residential property management team better serve our clients.

While working at ICR, she completed a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2016. Previously in 2010, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to working at ICR, Heather was an Outreach Worker for the North East School division. As a result of her experience and education, she is an adept problem solver who quickly addresses clients’ concerns. In her spare time, she enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf.
