Mentored by Ken Kreutzwieser, partner and senior sales associate, Cody is knowledgeable about investment sales, land acquisition, and project development. He gives 100% to ensure his clients are successful, believing that integrity and commitment are crucial. He is an accomplished athlete who remains physically active in the community. When not working, Cody likes to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoys fishing, golfing, hunting, and playing sports.

Heart and soul an ICR man since 2000, Stacy counts purchasing ICR from his mentors and obtaining his broker’s license among his greatest achievements. He is motivated, detail oriented, and creative, and has 18 years’ experience in the business and over 1000 transactions under his belt. In addition to long hours and hard work, Stacy brings this wealth of expertise to the office and to landlord/client mediations every day. He spends his downtime enjoying the company of his wife, travelling, and coaching his two daughters in softball and volleyball.

Working in commercial real estate since 1980, Phill is a founding partner of ICR, as well as past president and managing partner of ICR Brokerage Inc. He has been a driving force in the development of ICR and provides full service to both local and national tenants and owners. He has been involved in over 3,500 commercial lease and sale transactions.
In addition, Phill has assisted developers in over 25 major Saskatchewan commercial real estate projects valued in excess of 700 million dollars. After relinquishing the management of the ICR brokerage team, he has been free to pursue new projects.
Phill and his wife, Sandi, are charter members of the ICR Charity Classic Golf tournament that has raised over $700,000 for local charities. They have two sons, Clint and Jayson, who are involved in commercial real estate. In their leisure, Phill and Sandi enjoy golfing, travelling, and watching their five grandchildren grow and develop

Reed previously joined the ICR team in the summer of 2020 as Ken Kreutzwieser’s executive assistant, and has since joined the team full time as a fellow Sales Associate. He brings with him the many strong relationships he built within Saskatoon’s business community as Member Services Coordinator for the North Saskatoon Business Association (NSBA). His competitive nature and vigorous work ethic took him to school in Ohio, where he won a scholarship to complete his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Lake Erie College. When not working, Reed likes to stay active in sports and spend time with friends and family.

After finishing a degree in history at the University of Saskatchewan and traveling abroad, Brad joined the ICR team in 2013. He has extensive previous experience in both retail and customer service. He has worked with all types of clients; from business owners with minimal real estate experience to long established investors, developers, and landlords. Brad has been a part of many substantial leasing deals for both local and national tenants, which have brought great value to his clients. He has also acted as both sellers and buyers agent on many large investment and owner-user transactions and has also been a part of ground-up developments from the purchasing of raw land to the subsequent leasing. He has previously played baseball at all levels, attending multiple national competitions. He loves to travel and is an avid golfer. He is a member of the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon and has served as Chair of the 2016 Kinsmen Car Awards, 2016-17 Executive Director, and currently serves as the 2021-22 Vice President.

Eugene started his career at ICR in 1994 and is the living embodiment of the ICR value of constantly finding ways to help colleagues and clients be successful. He has assembled several large commercial land development projects in Saskatchewan, and although he loves to travel, he believes that there is no better place to live or run a business than right here. As a former Canadian curling champion and the holder of a world curling title, Eugene has been inducted into the Saskatoon and Saskatchewan Sports Halls of Fame. He brings all the determination and skill required to be a national and world-sporting champion to his work at ICR.

Joining ICR in the autumn of 2018, Gabriel is the youngest member of the sales team and has proven his ability to complete intricate deals. His primary focus being in retail and industrial investment sales and leasing, Gabriel has assisted to transact in excess of $15 million dollars and has been involved in over 50 sale & lease deals in his first two years. He is detail-oriented, strategizes long-term and works to be a problem solver for his clients.
Gabriel obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction and has past experience in the commercial banking sector. Previously living abroad in Amsterdam, he is passionate about travel, meeting new people, and staying active. Gabriel is an avid snowboarder, golfer and boxer. Happiest spending time with his family, he most appreciates good food and good conversation.

Too competitive to really play sport for relaxation, John prefers to spend downtime at the lake.

A Saskatoon native, David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan. Having worked as a software developer, he applies current technology to the business of commercial real estate. He is fluent in both French and German. Curtis was born and raised in Saskatoon, a city he’s watched expand and evolve over the last 40 years. He’s forged deeply rooted relationships within the local business community, and his experience in the hospitality industry – he has owned and operated successful restaurants in Saskatoon and Vancouver since 1998 – enables him to quickly identify challenges that can arise from managing employees. He also knows first-hand what works in the Saskatoon market (and what doesn’t). His aim is to build trust with clients by establishing a collaborative relationship; having been a landlord and commercial real estate investor himself, he understands the risks and potential liabilities involved with tenants and investment.
Curtis has been a competitive bodybuilder since 2012, is a certified fitness and nutrition coach, and plays in local bands. He is most proud, however, of his family. He’s been happily married for 16 years and has two sons whom he declares are growing up way too quickly.

He is consistently one of ICR’s top-producing agents and enjoys nothing better than helping clients to meet their real estate requirements and maximize profits. Ken is actively involved in volunteer organizations and business associations in the community and is a member of the Canadian Progress Club and the North Saskatoon Business Associating. He enjoys spending time with his family, snowmobiling, and playing hockey in the winter. In the summer, he golfs, barefoot water skis, and likes to spend time at the cabin.

Kelly’s past experiences of extensive travel, investigative journalism, and teaching overseas have given her a broad perspective. She continues to “flex her writing skills” as a co-author with Barry Stuart of the blog The Saskatchewan Edge. Joining ICR in 1994, Jim is a charter member of the ICR brokerage team and has been involved with the real estate industry since 1980. With his extensive experience, he has been delivering exceptional service to his clients for decades. Working with both local and national clients, he is dependable, knowledgeable, and savvy. He is also generous with junior staff members, wanting to help them learn and achieve success for their clients and themselves. Jim holds degrees in Commerce, Science, and Physical Education. As well, he also served as the Secretary Treasurer for The Partnership (BID – Business Improvement District) in Saskatoon from 1991 – 2000. He enjoys sports and heading to the cottage.
