Joining ICR in 2019, Roxanne has a degree from the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan majoring in Human Resource Management. Her passion for people and construction has lead her through various management positions and more recently working in the construction industry with a large builder in Saskatoon and Regina. Roxanne is a clear communicator and solutions focused with an eye for detail. Roxanne loves sports and travel, spending her free time at the gym, playing slow pitch, golfing, at the dog park and planning her next adventure.

Residential Property Manager
Jason enjoys all aspects of business and has nearly 25 years combined experience in the areas of management, operations, sales, and marketing. Todays customers demand more value than ever, and he enjoys the challenge of rising to customer expectations, understanding customer needs and striving for operational efficiencies. He thinks about what needs to be done, and how it can be done quickly without losing quality. He is keen to work with property owners who value long-term relationships, and he prides himself on building mutual trust.On a personal level, Jason likes to keep his life simple. Be happy. Be kind. Bueckert, Linda
Residential Property Manager
Linda has a strong background in residential construction with 14 years as an independent contractor, home renovator and interior finishing. In 2018, Linda won the Service Person of the Year award from the Home Builder Association while employed as a lead service technician for an award-winning builder within Saskatoon. This experience has been a valuable asset to condominium corporations which may require significant attention to maintenance matters.
Linda’s goal is to work closely with boards to ensure fiscal responsibility and protection of unit owners’ investments. Her priority is consistent maintenance of the complex, day to day communications with her Boards and meaningful interaction with unit owners. Her past experience as acting Deputy Mayor of a local Saskatchewan community has proved valuable for Linda, ICR and her Boards. When she is isn’t working, Linda enjoys baking, woodworking or spending quality time with family. -
Franks, Tara
Residential Property Manager
Joining ICR in 2016, Tara is a residential property manager with a wealth of industry experience. She owned and managed revenue properties, including residential and multi-unit dwellings. She was also the owner/operator of a local franchise restaurant and a founding member of the Franchisee Advisory Council. Tara focuses on building productive relationships with clients and managing condominium corporations’ assets ensuring proper maintenance while adhering to the Property Act. She counts her most important achievements as having “3 great kids and a career I love.” Tara is involved with a number of non-profit groups, and much of her time is spent watching children’s sports activities.

Fruson, Dustin
Commercial Property Manager
Dustin joined the ICR team in 2019 as a Commercial Property Manager. He brings a diversity of management and coordination experience gained as a business owner and operator and fundraising consultant in the private sector. Dustin possesses a strong working knowledge of both commercial and residential leasing and construction, and works effectively with building owners and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial and outstanding results. His approach to realizing success is person-centred, and he seeks to establish positive professional relationships through consistency, transparency and open communication. He can be counted on to remain confident and focused in complex and challenging situations.
Dustin is a graduate of the College of Commerce at the University of Saskatchewan, where he was a student athlete for the Huskie Men’s basketball team. He continues to enjoy an array of physical activities including yoga, trekking, basketball, running, and weight training. Dustin is a long time world traveler and outdoor enthusiast, and values the exposure to perspective that both of these types of experiences bring.

Holeha, Amanda
Commercial Property Manager
Joining ICR in 2014, Amanda has over a decade of experience in property management, marketing, administration, and sales. Having lived in western Canada, she has a broad perspective regarding commercial property. She worked as a residential property manager at Fort St. John, British Columbia, and then in Calgary, in suburban sales and leasing. Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the ICR team and her clients. When she isn’t working, she is physically moving. She is passionate about sports and plays golf, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse. She loves to curl, and is proud of winning a Gold Medal in curling at the 2001 Winter Games.

Jaspar, Devin CPA, CGA, Managing Partner
VP Commercial Management & Finance
Devin has strengthened the property management and accounting systems at ICR and established a strong foundation that continues to promote profitability, professionalism, and growth. He successfully engages with clients on complex business and accounting issues and brings this strength to growing ICR’s commercial property management portfolio, as well as building a strong team of property managers. From tenant and rent collection issues to lease administration and financial management, Devin keeps his finger on the pulse of client needs. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family, practising yoga, and escaping to a remote northern fishing camp at least once a year.

Jess, Dallas
Senior Commercial Property Manager
Dallas joined the ICR team as a Commercial Property Manager in 2012. With a Business Certificate from SIAST (now Saskatchewan Polytechnic) and extensive experience in the insurance industry, he is an asset to both ICR and his clients. He strives to realize the best interests of both owners and tenants. He is an adept problem solver and tackles problems large and small—anything from building maintenance to rental and accounting problems. Loving travel and sports, Dallas spends a lot of time training in mixed martial arts. He brings discipline and commitment to his work with clients.

Johnson-Luey, Tatum B.A POL.SC
Senior Commercial Property Manager
Tatum joined the ICR property management team in 2006 as a residential property manager. Starting her career managing condominiums and apartments, Tatum has since moved on to commercial management where her portfolio consists of managing office buildings, retail and commercial shopping centers. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta, Tatum is a keen critical thinker and an adept communicator. She is also known as a good listener and an effective problem solver. Tatum believes that ICR takes the guesswork out of owning commercial real estate by ensuring her client’s properties are well taken care of. As a property manager, Tatum’s day-to-day consists of dealing with property finances, administration of leases, managing property maintenance, handling tenant questions and concerns and working with property owners to plan and achieve both short and long-term goals for their investments.

Johnson, Twila
Commercial Property Manager
Twila joined the ICR team in 2020 as a Commercial Property Administrator. Twila holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan and came to ICR from the engineering consulting world. With her knowledge and experience, it was a natural and quick transition of roles into a Commercial Property Manager. Twila’s attention to detail and analytical decisiveness are apparent in her work. Problem solving and multi-tasking are skills Twila has acquired from her professional life but also a long line of volunteer roles. She served on the Martensville Minor Hockey board for 11 years and many of those as ice scheduler. Twila enjoys helping others and the community. She looks forward to serving her clients and anticipating issues before they arise. Twila takes pride in her three boys, loves being a hockey mom and spending time with her family travelling, camping, and golfing.

Having practiced law for number of years, Craig joined ICR in 1996 and became a partner in 2002. With an emphasis on problem solving that creates win-win situations, Craig uses analytics, practical experience and common sense to provide well thought out solutions for the problems and challenges that can accompany real estate ownership and property management. His broad-ranging experience with owners, tenants, contractors, employees and professionals provides thoughtful insight into the intangibles and nuances that arise in all business situations, making him a trusted partner for clients. Craig finds great satisfaction in being part of the ICR ownership and management teams in building and maintaining ICR as a respected Saskatchewan business organization.

Lockhart, Chanda CPM®️, ARM®️
Residential Rental Manager
With 20 years experience in the rental market, Chanda joined the ICR team in 2017. A committed professional, she has obtained her Human Resources diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2009 and the designations of CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) from REIC (Real Estate Institute of Canada). She has been and continues to be actively involved with the Saskatchewan Landlord Association. With her experience and knowledge, she is an adept problem solver and is committed to the best solutions for both tenants and owners. She is married with 2 grown children and loves her pets: “3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 guinea pigs, and says she has plenty of room for a donkey.”

Miakhil, Faisal
Residential Rental Manager
Faisal joined ICR in 2015 with extensive knowledge of the rental market in Saskatoon. Previously, he worked for 2 large rental ownership/management companies. Currently, he manages the stand-alone properties portfolio on behalf of the clients who own real estate. He has obtained his Crime Free Multi-Housing Program certificate from the Saskatoon Police Service. An adept problem solver, he responds quickly to tenants’ and owners’ questions and issues. He is keen to work with property owners who value long-term relationships, and he prides himself on building trust with all whom he works with. Faisal loves to spend time with his family and friends, as well as playing hockey and slow pitch. Having lived overseas when he was younger, he loves the Canadian outdoors and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Mourot, Chris
Commercial Property Manager
Chris joined the ICR Property Management Team in October 2015. With an extensive background in sales and retail management, he is a quick thinker, an able communicator, and an adept problem solver. Detail focused, Chris strives to address issues and problems as they arise, as opposed to later when they are more serious. He loves being outdoors enjoying camping, hunting or fishing in nature’s beauty. Chris has many work achievements he is proud of however he feels his greatest achievement is his family, and loves seeing his six children grow and develop into their own personalities.

Director of Maintenance and Construction
Joining the team in 2021, Chris comes to us with a comprehensive understanding of project and staff management, coupled with 20+ years of construction experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter. His extensive knowledge in the industry, along with his eye for detail, and safety training records are an asset for our successful construction and maintenance department. Innovation, time management, and positive results keep Chris at the top of his game. He is also a proud husband and father of three. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family, and anything involving the outdoors – camping, boating, fishing, and hunting.

Pascal, Daven BBA
Commercial Property Manager
Joining ICR in the fall of 2020, Daven has a degree from Brandon University, majoring in Business and Economics. While at Brandon University, Daven was a member of the Brandon University Men’s Volleyball Team. He brings an array of financial knowledge through various positions in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Daven is an organized team player who grasps new concepts quickly and is willing to learn and take direction. When Daven is not at work he is committed to giving back to the youth volleyball community. He also takes interest in exploring new places with friends and spending quality time with family. Daven enjoys learning to cook new recipes at home and has a passion for fitness.

Rychenboer, Melissa
Commercial Property Manager
Melissa began her journey at ICR in January 2021 as a Commercial Property Manager. With a passion for working with people, she has created an extensive background working in event management and customer service. In recent years, she has started pursuing an education in accounting and is currently finalizing a diploma through Saskpolytechnic. Melissa has always been a big believer in working hard to achieve your goals and possesses and analytical mind, which makes her successful at doing so. Having grown up in Saskatchewan, Melissa enjoys spending her free time kayaking, camping, and exploring her home province with her family, friends, and dog.

Sherstobitoff, Scott B.ED
Residential Property Manager
Scott joined the ICR team in the summer of 2019. He completed his Bachelor of Education with Distinction at the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 and worked as a teacher for four years before deciding to bring his organizational and interpersonal skills to the field of property management. As a condominium owner and board member himself, Scott understands how complex condo corporations can be and how important it is that they run efficiently. His strong work ethic, combined with his communication and time management skills, allow him to have a pragmatic approach to solving problems. This permits him to see the bigger picture, while still staying focused on the day-to-day issues that owners care about. Scott spends his free time playing and reffing hockey, spending time at his cabin at Jackfish Lake, and working with volunteer organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Shriners Hospitals for Children. He would describe the greatest accomplishments of his life as his marriage to his beautiful wife Carley in 2014 and the birth of his twin children in 2019.

Singbeil, Donna
Associate Director of Residential Management
Donna joined the ICR Commercial Real Estate Property Management team in 2005. She has extensive experience with condominium development and a paralegal background in Corporate and Real Estate law and a Notary Public. She is the President of the board of the North Sask. Canadian Condominium Association and is currently Co-Chair of the CCI Nation Council (representing 17 Chapters across Canada). Donna has previously sat on the Sask. Justice Advisory Committee regarding the 2014 amendments to the Saskatchewan Condominium Property Act and frequently speaks about condominium issues at seminars. She is eager to help clients efficiently manage their properties and condo owners better understand condo legislation and regulations. Her pride and joy are her children and grandchildren. As a military dependant, she has lived and travelled across Canada, the States, and some foreign locations (Philippines and Japan when she was very young). She likes gardening, reading, and visiting historical places.

Stakiw, Allison
Commercial Property Manager
Having worked around the world, Allison joined the ICR team as a Commercial Property Manager in the spring of 2018. She brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience working in business development, marketing, sales, and operations for the past 20+ years. Building relationships and teamwork come naturally for her, making her an asset to both ICR and her clients. She is a skillful communicator with the ability to recognize and accommodate widely differing points of view and perform under pressure in an ever-changing environment. Allison’s clients are extremely well served by her ability to adapt quickly, anticipate problems, and see the big picture. She works diligently to address issues before they negatively impact her clients. A quick study and a stickler for details, she values building long term relationships.

Williamson, Heather MACP
Client Relations Manager/Senior Property Manager
Heather joined ICR in 2013 and has learned the business, in part, by working in different areas of the company—property management, corporate, office administration, and project management. Now as Client Relations Manager / Senior Residential Property Manager, she works to improve processes and efficiencies, which help the residential property management team better serve our clients.
While working at ICR, she completed a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2016. Previously in 2010, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to working at ICR, Heather was an Outreach Worker for the North East School division. As a result of her experience and education, she is an adept problem solver who quickly addresses clients’ concerns. In her spare time, she enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf.
